WELCOME Croftlea is a lovely old former Edwardian Gentleman’s house in a residential area of Newquay. We overlook a Park with a bowling green, an indoor/outdoor tennis centre, children’s play area with The Little Western Railway, and a small ice-cream/coffee shop. Newquay Zoo is a five minute walk through the park, with Waterworld swimming pool and gym just behind. We are superbly located within walking distance of Newquay’s many lovely beaches, with the beautiful Trenance Gardens and Boating Lake also within an easy ten minute walk. Croftlea Holiday Flats are all fully equipped and self contained, including all bedding, TV and DVD, microwave. We can provide internet connection via a dongle if requested during the booking process. We also have facilities to store bicycles under cover and to store wet suits and surf boards in our aptly named Wet Shed! We have a token operated laundry room that is availailable during your stay. Croftlea is owned by the Williams family: David, Janet and Marion. We came to Croftlea in 2001, we live on site and aim to offer a warm and friendly environment as a base from which you can enjoy all that Cornwall has to offer. The house is situated within its own grounds and boasts a large off road car park to one side, with a swimming pool and lovely gardens to relax in and a large Mexican BBQ to use on warm Cornish evenings.
