 ACCOMMODATION Croftlea was a Gentlemans residence that has also been a hotel and was then divided into self contained flats. The entrance to the House now has a new ramp for disabled access, but as yet no flat can fully cater for wheelchair users. The flats are spread across ground, first and second floors. We have one flat for two people located outside the main House, with its own front door and is very popular with many of our regular return visitors. There are ten self contained apartments for two, four or six people. The only items not included are towels or cot linen. The ground floor Consists of a two person flat, with a shower in the bathroom and overlooks the side gardens, and a six person flat which overlooks the pool. This flat has a double bedroom, a bunk bedroom and a sofa-bed in the lounge area. It is fitted with a shower in the bathroom. The first floor Consisits of a four person flat overlooking the pool and has a twin bedroom, a sofa-bed in the lounge area and a separate bathroom with shower attachment. A six person flat overlooking the side gardens has a twin bedroom, double bedroom and a sofa-bed in the lounge area. This flat is the largest and has a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower attachment. The second floor This has the balcony flat for six people. This overlooks the pool and has a twin bedroom, double bedroom and a sofa-bed in the lounge area. It has a shower in the bathroom. All of our flats are fully equipped, including bedding. There are TVs & DVD players in each flat. The only items we do not provide are towels and cot linen. The flats are bright and airy, with the use of calm yellows for the walls and reds for the furniture. Our check in time is three pm on Saturday, but with prior notice we can facilitate late entry for those people with long or difficult journeys. We will do our best to facilitate early entry whenever possible, the pool area is available on arrival and we can provide hot or cold drinks and toilet facilities if needed whilst awaiting entry into your flat. Our check out time is ten am. During off peak season we will often allow pets, and we offer mini breaks. Our check in/out times remain the same, but we are more flexible on days.
