Prices do not include towels, cot linen or electricity.
A deposit of at least 1/3rd of the total is required for bookings made more than 28 days before holiday start date. Full payment required for bookings with less than 28 days to start date.
Balance Due Date is on the confirmation form and is at least 28 days before
start date. If balance is not received by Due Date the accommodation will be
re-let. We regret no reminders are sent.
Bookings are from Saturday arrival 3pm to Saturday departure 10am. Other
days and/or short breaks by special arrangement. Late departures will be
charged at £25 per 15 minutes.
Bookings cannot be altered once confirmed. If a change is required, a
cancellation and re-booking must be done and is subject to a £25.00 charge.
It is a condition of letting that the flat is occupied only as a holiday flat.
Sub-letting or transfer of letting is not permitted. Only those named on the
booking form will be admitted. All persons must be named, including babies.
Refund of deposit in the event of cancellation of booking will be made less a
£25.00 administration charge if flat is re-let for the same price. If not re-let
there will be no refund of deposit and you are contracted to pay the full price of
the holiday. Allowance will be made if the flat is re-let at a lower price.
A damage deposit is required with the balance payment, amount will be
shown on confirmation form. Deposits will be refunded by cheque within two
weeks of the end of your holiday, less any charges deemed appropriate.
Payment can be made by cheque or postal order made out to D Williams,
or cash by registered post. Payment can be accepted via most credit/debit cards.
The tenant is responsible for payment by coin meter for electricity used in the
flat. Electrical or other failures must be reported immediately to Croftlea
Management. Occupiers must not effect repairs themselves.
The tenant agrees: (a) to keep and leave the accommodation in a clean and proper
condition so that it is immediately suitable for occupation by another hirer, (b)
to pay for any breakages or damage, (c) not to cause a nuisance to neighbours,
(d) to allow the owner, or agent reasonable access to the flat.
Pets, when specifically agreed to, are subject to an additional charge of £20.00
a week. Pets must bring their own bedding and are not allowed on beds or
other furniture. Owners are responsible for any damage caused. Dogs must
be kept on a lead at all times whilst on the premises and must not be left
unattended in the flats.
Croftlea Management reserves the right to alter brochure prices in the light of
special requirements, errors and omissions, seasonal conditions and/or
changes in taxation or other levies placed upon us.
If you have any cause for dissatisfaction during your stay, please contact the
office between the hours of 9am and 5pm. We regret we cannot consider any
complaints made on departure or after you return home.
If due to any occurrence beyond the control of Croftlea Management the
accommodation is not available as booked, e.g., fire or flood, all monies will
be refunded in full but there will be no further liability towards the hirer.
